Revisions are included as specified in each package. For cancellations, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
No problem! If you don’t have a floor plan, you can give us a virtual tour via video call and take measurements guided by us. For in-person clients, we can take measurements during the visit after payment.
The typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks per room, once all details and measurements are provided.
Yes! We work with clients worldwide. As long as we can get your floor plan, photos, and videos of your space, we can create your personalized design plan remotely.
Video calls are preferred for design discussions to keep you engaged and help visualize the space. For follow-ups, phone, message, or email work well — we’re always available to answer your questions.
We’re committed to working with you for 2 weeks after delivery to ensure you love the ideas. That said, the outcome depends on the input and feedback you provide during the process.
We specialize exclusively in residential interiors, from single rooms like living room, bedrooms, home offices, or Airbnb spaces, to full-house consultations.
Generally, we recommend retail products. However, if your budget allows, we can connect you with custom order options as well.
